You have to read these two emails I just received.

It is emails like this that make everything worthwhile.

When you know that you have made someone’s life a better place.

When you have given someone the satisfaction of achievement.

When you have made someone realise they are special.

As long as they work for it.

And, the cherry on the cake is when emails like these come from completely unexpected people.

People whom you have put your faith in.

People who have never been given a chance to prove their worth.

This is what it’s all about.

Dear Coach Don and Coach Mike,

THANK YOU for this wonderful opportunity. As you might have noticed I was lost for words and was utterly flabbergasted. What a wonderful place, what fabulous people, what a positive vibe! No wonder you love the place, I can fully understand you. I loved everything, EVERYTHING! Can’t wait for tomorrow. I am forever grateful to you.

Dear Coach Don & Coach Mike,

Let me write to you once again.

First of all I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all the care you take of me, for all your guidance and advice to enable me to move forward, for helping me find the strength to improve my quality of life., for helping me believe in myself and most of all for helping me in finding happiness in my life.

I owe you so much, you have no idea. You have won over my trust 100 per cent and your dedication to your profession is second to none. You are one in a million!!!

My visit to Gozo also made a profound change in my life. Everyone I met at The BodyForge was amazing in his/her way. Everyone had a special aura and left a lasting impression on me. The Body Forge felt like a home, in the true sense. Though full of big, heavy machinery, the place felt very welcoming and warm. I immediately felt welcome and at ease.

You have given me the gift of a lifetime. I cannot thank you enough.
