My job is…to make people the absolute best version of themselves they can be.

One simple statement.

And one hell of a ride.

It’s not just about getting to a gym and taking up a membership.

That’s barely even scratching the surface of what an amazing and profound experience this can be.

A journey like this is a smorgasbord of emotions, with giddying crests and despairing troughs, and everything else in between.

There is nothing normal about it.

It’s tough.

It’s exciting.

It’s scary.

And it’s exhilarating.

It will test your limits and blow them away.

It will ask you tough questions and force you answer them, when you would have normally turned away.

It will take you to places you have never been before.

It will bring to life a power inside you that you never believed existed.

It’s not for the faint of heart, the tire kickers or the water testers.

You’re going to get a lot from me – I will support you 120% and walk with you all the way.

I’ll be there with undying reassurance when you doubt yourself.

I’ll be that strong shoulder you lean on when you falter.

And I will never, ever, let you fail.

My belief in you will pulverize any doubt you may have in your own abilities.

Of course, I cannot accomplish something like this alone.

It will never work that way.

In return for the 120%, I will ask for 100% back (pretty neat deal if you ask me).

I will walk with you all the way but I will also make you work for what you get.

Nothing teaches like getting your hands dirty.

And believe me, I absolutely refuse to pander to anyone’s complacencies.

That’s never going to happen.

I’m not into babysitting (I’m actually worse than the kids when I get to do that).

What you will be getting from me is the truth as I see it.

The message you need to hear. Right there in your face.

I will never tell you what you want or would like to hear.

Ain’t happening. Ever!

So, if you already know it all, this isn’t a good place for you.

If you are unable to take constructive criticism, it’s best to keep on walking.

If you are unwilling to learn, we really won’t be a good match.

It’s best to be honest with you upfront. No reason in wasting each others’ time.

I’d rather hit you with the truth, than caress you with a lie.
