MAKE WAY FOR THE CANADIANS
We’ve recently had the pleasure of having two extremely hard working, dedicated, respectful people getting their workout fix over at The Forge.
(These are clients just the way we love ‘em.)
They are Julian di Tommaso and Margherita di Bari who hail from Toronto, Ontario.
Yes sir, all the way from Canada – land of the poutine, maple syrup, the loonie, and, of course, Celine Dion.
Julian, who is a firefighter (R.E.S.P.E.C.T.) has just placed second in the Physique Category at the CBBF Canadian Nationals, his first ever show.
Not too damn bad at all.
Margherita, who owns and runs the Hourglass Workout Bootcamp, placed first in the Women’s Fitness category in the same show.
She also competed in the overall event, finishing just one spot shy of a pro card.
Hell yeah!!
Despite coming off such amazing wins and being on holiday on a dream island, these guys sure weren’t resting on their laurels.
They came in here and got the work done every day– no damn excuses.
Now that’s that’s the way it should be done.
It’s really remarkable to be able to spend time with people who embody the work hard-play hard lifestyle like these two do.
They deserve every awesome thing they get.
Here is a message, I have just received from them:
“Don, we just wanted to say thank you. You and your wife made us feel at so much at home at The BodyForge. From experience, I can tell you that walking into most foreign gyms leaves you feeling like an outsider, as you really don’t fit in but this wasn’t the case at all with The Forge. We immediately felt welcome and it was great working out there. The gym was impressively clean and well-laid out and you had more than the equipment we needed to get a great workout in. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Gozo!”
Looking forward to seeing you again next year guys.
Keep kicking it hard.
All the best from The Forge.
